We have many years of experience in international transportation. The following are questions and answers about shipping.

Q1:What shipping carrier you use?

Ans

  1. We ship our goods via CHUNGHWA Postal Office, FEDEX, UPS and DHL from Taiwan.
  2. We offer 2 shipping plans: Standard Air parcel and Expedited Air Parcel.
  3. All parcel come with tracking number.
  4. All goods will be shipped out from TAIWAN with good carton and good packaging condition.
Q2:How long does it take to ship?

Ans

  1. We have a lot of international shipping experience, the following is the approximate shipping time.
  2. 2~4 days to US / 3~10 days to EU and other continents via Fedex, DHL or UPS Expedited Air parcel.
  3. 6~14 days to US / 10~20 days to EU and other continents via Chunghwa Postal Standard Air parcel.
  4. The delivery time always depends on your local postal system and customs.
Q4:What are your shipping charges?

Ans

  1. We have flat shipping cost of standard air shipping depending on the state and countries. (For example: Parcels sent to the US and Canada under 20 kg are all $15)
  2. If you need Expedite shipment. Our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost after you choose the quantity and country.
Q5:When will you ship my order?

Ans

  1. Most of the standard power supply that we sell are available directly from stock, meaning that we will normally ship your order within 2 working days after we received your payment and got all the necessary information.
Q6:Will I be expected to pay any additional fees after my parcel is picked up and shipped?

Ans

  1. Unfortunately, the transaction does not include any Import Tax / Duty / VAT / Brokerage Fees / Handling Fees. Buyer may need to pay the charges when item import to your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If you reject the package due to any charged tax or duty, we reserve the right to charge ALL shipping cost (including the return fees) and 10% (of total price) handling fee.
  2. Usually, we declare a lower value to help customers avoid TAX.
Q7:What if I haven’t received the goods for a long time, what should I do?

Ans

  1. Please contact us directly, we will help to solve the problem.
  2. Normally, the parcel will be received in time. Please use the tracking number we provided to track your parcel.
  3. We will pay full responsibility if your parcel get lost while shipping.
