The warranty will be covered by natural faulty not including man-made damaged. If you receive a defective item or any item needs to be repaired under the warranty period, buyers have to report to us within 3 days and take a picture to show us the damage part and outside of package after received the item. We will try to help you solve the problem by e-mail. If still have problem, please kindly send back the defective item for our repair by freight prepaid. Returning postage is buyer’s responsibility. If it is our quality’s problem, we will repair it and send the repaired item to you for free of charge. If the damage is made by wrong operation, we will ask for maintenance cost.
We offer 14 days return policy from the day you received your item under the following conditions
A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts.
A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with any kind of damage (misused or abused merchandise).
All returns must be in the original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted.
Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Customer is responsible for shipping, shipping cost and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that you return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. We are not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper/carrier or got damaged buy carrier.
All defective merchandise may be returned back to us only within the 14 days of receipt. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.
Shipping cost (to and from buyer) will be charged for any refused shipping delivery (include duties, taxes and customs fee if any).
